was out there yesterday and seen a swim area that went out a couple hundred feet into the lake, it is a private area and it isnt roped off and i think this is absolutely insane. there are a few other private swim areas also not roped off, so are we not able to fish in here? i know for sure that would not be smart if people are inside thats a no brainer, but they dont own the water, so unless it is a public regulated swim area, to me its fair game

i would try not to fish them, but if they are not roped off, or official swim areas, they are fair game. i would make sure that there is nobody swimming there, however. derrek
